Hello all I'm really sorry for the delay in updating the progress on this project,well as it stands now the roof frame work has been completed and other work are going on like the BQ is ready for precast the wiring is ongoing too

I wanna ask if the roff carcass is resting directly on the parapet?

It was in millions when I did the calculations. The precast is next better option than the regular concrete one. Precast is almost half the cost of the regular one.

But my guess, lifting the pre cast up there,wont it be challenging?

The rafter is braced remember so the weight isn't fully on the parapet

No. The precast are moulded in 4ft-6ft and joined at the top, so it's not very easy to lift.
