Nope I quite disagree with you on this. Agbor/Ika/Anioma/Ogwashiuku etc are sub Igbo groups same way we have Ngwa/Nsukka/Afikpo/Mbaise/Owerri/Nnewi/Abakiliki/Egbema etc what we have is just minor differences in dialect. In Igbo studies, it is called Olumba(sub group dialect) and Igbo Izugbe(central Igbo). The same way Yorubas have Egba/Ijebu/oyo/okun etc sub groups. If the people of Delta north(Ika Igbos) are not Igbos, I don't think they would have been part of Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo, incidentally, the past president general of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo is from Delta north I understand that the major reason for this ridiculous denial of ones heritage by some misguided Igbos is simply as a result of the civil war Igbos lost and the subsequent discrimination that has continued ever since, so some do not want to identify with the Igbo ethnic group with the hope that they would escape discrimination, this is the sad reality.
