Who told you that he is not Igbo ? And how are you sure that those writing disclaimers on the internet are truly Igbos? Have you heard Ohaneze Ndi Igbo make such pronouncement ? Have you heard Any governor from the Igbo speaking states make such statement? At least these are official reps. The truth is that Dr. Kachikwu is an Igbo man and he is well qualified for the appointment. It has been our position that you can always get a qualified Igbo man in any field of human endeavour so, telling us that you have not appointed any Igbo because of merit is a serious fallacy.
