Thanks everyone. To be sincere those options has brought many controversy. Me and my client preferred 1st options just for its simplicity. We really love the concept and has being working towards it.
But due to strategy location of this project many clients opted to pay up front. But alas. virtually all of them prefered 2nd options so we don't have choice than to dance to their tone.
You guys were right after all.

Actually, unless otherwise neccessary Standard tower is best and ideal for Window because Nigalex is normally used for commecial structure.
Yeah! Nigalex is the best quality but quiet expensive
