U will see it when u re about to make payment.
Once u click on get details, in d new page, u will see change of course and then u can see list of available courses, u can make ur choice.

Personally, I won't advise that.

If u apply for it, I'm very sure u can't escape it if u were admitted because there will be clearance, where ur utme score, utme subject combination and O'level result are screened before clearing u.

So, I will advise u to change to what u prefer most on the list to avoid heart touching stories when d admission eventually comes, which I'm sure u will get by God's grace.

Why not close the page and retry it again cos many aspirants are registering for the post utme at the same time which might probably be the cause of the error message you're receiving, so retry it again. Let me know what happens next.

Industrial Chemistry?? I can't relate with that to you sir, but somewhere around 150 or 100+ per se.
With respect to Chemical Engineering, they admit in tens. 2012, about 30+ students were admitted, 2013, 39 students were absorbed into the aforementioned noble department. Fast forward to 2014, about 70+ students were admitted. Now 2015, who knows? Watch out and be one of them.
