the school is an American Christian missionary school in Oyo State, be prepared to be interviewed by the White men, so try and put in your best I mean your best. Don't really know much abt the sch,but the should be able to offer reasonable salary. Goodluck

Do you have holiday classes in your school?

Did you participate in the holiday classes.

Your employer should have explained this to you.

And you were not informed earlier about this? That's very unfair on their part. Did they do this to others or just you only? Maybe they're not satisfied with your performance and are not ready to confirm your appointment.
I will advise you start another job hunt so they won't spring up more surprises on you.

Artiscally has said it all but lemme jus add that u should extend the past questions study to like two or 3yrs (dats 3 diff past questions).
And practice ur micro-teaching..asin rehearse it .pry school pupils are way different from secondary sch students.. Be loud n audible, use gestures and illustrations where necessary.

adetoks19 , please take heart. the school's just trying to cut costs. I guess you were employed late last term or so. Where a friend works, the proprietor does same in order to avoid paying August salary. He'll tell you though that you'll be confirmed by the next session. You should have been informed earlier.

U see why feedback is necessaary Anyway.. Some schools are that way that's why you ought to negotiate evry possible detail u can before u start with them. Questions like do u pay Holidays? Do u give leaves?? How much is take home after tax? Is xtra lesson paid seperately?? How long is probabtion period?? etc ... There are so many questions u can ask..
As for what was done to u. Take it as a lesson. Start job hunting cos this is "transfer period" . U ma y also hunt for home tutorials jobs or part -time lessons while u keeping pushing ur cv to diff schs .. No time to waste at all o. Dominus Vobiscum!!

Last term? That would be three months or your last term is second term. Anyways, did the letter state confirmation as the only reason? Is that the school policy? I know what it is to be a family man in Nigeria especially in this profession.
