Hello House......Pls I just upgraded my BlackBerry Q5 to version 10.3 from 10.1 but I noticed that when I want to use some applications that will involve me to type my phone number before I could get started like IMO or 2go, the number does not usually press on the space provided no matter how much I try. I think you should use a pc that has blackberry link to download and install the os again. Probably the auto loader dint install correctly.

As for the camera, use your hand to push back the lens in for some sec...

if you go to protect.blackberry.com from a PC, click the forgot password link and you should be able to answer your secret question...if you are able to answer it, you will get the chance to reset your password

pls remember that your BBID is only an email address that you attached to your profile

Bros if u have forgotten ur BBID that's really a complex issue, but wait how would you forget ur BBID? Have you not been using your blackberry AppWorld since you bought the fone?

If you forgot ur password u can reset ur password by answering your security questions which afterwards a reset link will be sent to your email address

If all above fails.... Just forget about the fone.... it's gone just like an icloud lock iphone

NOTE: Before upgrading to OS 10.3.2, Write down your Blackberry ID and Password before proceeding

In some case resetting your password successfully will still give same error. A friend had same problem and we made back up, hard reset the phone and upgraded the version to OS 10.3... after that the same ID and password worked and still working perfectly on the phone. Do manual back up cos without your ID and password link will turn you down. But since you have a back up already you can hard reset, register same ID (probably after resetting it from their website) and carryout advanced restore of your previous backup file.

BB10 with its loads of update (upgrade rather). Please how many of us know more, and has explore leak upgrades with the right radio and etc version (like the Z10 STL100-1 edition..etc..) of your phone.
(I mean you followed all the steps without mistake and you can stand for that.. not even a comma missing out of the steps and rules given for the "how to" upgrade using the process you used)
Which process did you use (auto loader, sachesi + blitz etc...) for the upgrade. I need your advice mostly from experience.

if after wiping the phone and it the camera refused to work then I think u need to change the camera lens. That will be the only solution

Smorry bout the late reply, thats strange, i've never encountered that problem and i even googled the error message but no relevant results, i suspect it may be a problem with your android runtime, you may have to back up your device and reload the Operating System to resolve the issue.

That message is surely and android's. BB 10 most likely should not get such message especially with your built-in browser. If it was an android browser installed on the phone then it's possible. Can you do us a favor?

Glo COMONTH is the cheapest, with 3GB for just 1k. Just text COMONTH to 777 and change your apn to blackberry.net if its not that already. Midmonth is allocated just 500MB for 1500. Modified.

COMONTH & BBCMONTH are confirmed to work with bb10. You may need to change your APN to blackberry.net for COMONTH to work.

You're right. The only thing is we're not clear about her question.
We the don't know for sure if the browser she was downloading with is a built-in or an android's installed.

no one has the right to laugh. Download Screen snapp from app world and follow instructions therein

good mrn, pls my Q10 loudspeaker suddenly stopped working, even while playing videos or music it still won't work. No notification sound as well. bt works fine with an headset. my OS is 10.3.2.798. what is the solution pls. thanks
