alphaFrank I tried doing it my self at the cafe n I couldn't... n my time got finished in d process ...I used 2 n half hrs for my registration cuz I didn't wanna pay anybody n then I still paid in the end...

if u can do it fine ..if u can't te dem to hep u

u can fill d form ursef but wen u get to dat stage te dem to scan n resize the passport for u then u can continu d remaining ursef
