Yes. It's probably mentality issues or insecurities. As a guy, if you're not reaching the sexual standards your woman wants you to get to, you should know. Women show these things via body language and other things. And if you're not selfish or basically caught up in ya own world, the onus is on you and ya male ego to want to do the right thing and show her who the boss is. He should be the one taking the medication, without the woman knowing - rather than waiting for her to get him the pills.

Then again, their problem might be that he isn't really sexually attracted to the woman anymore - and there's a next woman out there. When things are like that - satisfying the sexual desires of the one at home might be problematic.
