Just go to settings, then apps, swipe right to ALL and scroll down to LAUNCHER3. Click on it then click on CLEAR DEFAULT. You'll be able to use any launcher then.

You need to clear the existing launcher away from default.... I make use of any launcher I want,, presently I have 3 launcher....... Go to settings, application,, locate launcher,, click it and clear default from the icon..
