Anyway, the best thing noe is to stop all speculation and start preparing for the next stage. It may be too late when d list is out. Get tested and treat all treatable issues..remove or burn off your tattoos, start jogging. And keep praying.

Do they check weight? What of presence/absence of diseases?

Medicals is really straight forward. They will do chest xray, blood, urine and eye tests. Then for girls, pregnancy test.
To be sure where u stand, you may want to test for d following before u go...
HIV
Hepatitis B and C
Diabetes
Visual acuity
STIs
Urinalysis
Blood pressure
Now here's a tip. Don't get panicky when they want to check your BP and other vital signs...cos they might get a falsely high value. More tips soon...

Weight will be checked of course. However, there is no generally accepted weight. It depends on your height. Thus, they will check both weight and height to get your BMI. This is calculated as weight divided by square of ur height in metres. Unit is Kg/sq metre. Normal range is 18.5 to 24.9
If you get a value above that, my brother start losing weight now.

I heard they are working on the list, cant really say what that means...

This is a very tight race, instead of counting days, u shld be praying because d most important thing is ur name being on d list. Only abt 500 will be shortlisted nationwide and about 100 will be enlisted. It's a tight race. I feel bad that I can't find most of my friends we started dis race together anymore. Hmm

You are right. Those were the SD commission officers. Peeps should keep praying/calling/preparing for their names to be on that list.
