Contine to clean the navel with regularly methylated spirit, it will soon dry off. When you wear his diapers, fold the front part inwards to stop it from constantly rubbing on the navel. The constant rubbing of the diapers on the navel could bring about some blood stains but nothing to worry about.

Yes, the penis is going to be swollen for some days and may have some discharge for now. The plastic falls off anytime from 5 days. What I do is to take a breast pad, apply a lot of Vaseline on the pad or the penis and cover his penis with it. Again, this is to reduce the friction between the swollen penis and the diapers as well as shield the penis from contacting his poo and wee.

(1) continue cleaning with methylated spirit n avoid less friction
(2) I think it's normal, I was putting olive oil @ intervals till it dropped d 3rd day and continued for few days afterwards

My boy will be 5 months on friday and he is currently on cow & gate rice cereal for 4-6 months and I introduced d guinea corn, millet and corn pap yesterday which he took well. First of all let me say welcome to the club! To ur questions, like other mum said just keep using methylated spirit to clean it and it will dry off soon.
For the plastibell, I also used it for my son and it fell off on the 5th day. I was told at the hospital not to apply anything and it heal up really nicely.Just don't let his diaper get too wet before you change it to avoid contact with poo and urine.

The IUD(coil) is what I'm on now. I used it before this current LO and I had it for 4 years....but you have to be able to bear the monthly pain and heavy bleeding. I dread my AF every month.

My gynecologist tried to convince me to go on the pill, saying it has 100% success rate.... but I said No. I would rather deal with the pain than get fat.

Any mother know of a BC pill that doesn't make you gain weight?

So sorry about that. The increment in fee will be cos oof the current rate of dollars cos a friend didnt spend up to that. Go thru my profile and see the thread I created about the matter. Perhaps u could pick up some advises there. It is well ma. Wish TEHN could help but no more medical cases for them. Create a thread and give evidences

I ve searched online for hospitals, I saw a web talking abt doctors beyond borders and one of the doctor has been chating with me. tday, he sent the estimated cost for surgery and accomodations alone. which is $6500. I dnt ve a paspport not to talk of visa and airfare. so the expenses may not be upto the predicted #4m. yet. we can't afford it. but like someone said I should create a page I ll do dat. I ll also post her pic and the report. though the cardiologist that did the test at oshogbo said we should contact him wen we re ready but that he ll give us accurate contact. but since we dnt ve d money yet Dats y I'm still doin the online search.

My 9weeks old baby had the same. I got sebamed shampoo that I use to wash his hair twice a week but I continue using coconut oil to moisturise like 30 mins before combing and his scalp is fine now and his hair still full and curly

I'm so sad. You know what? Its ok everything will be fine. Create a thread and put up all hospital docs on it. People give when they are convinced its not fraud. I rem baby Brian's case heart problem too. People gave and baby is doing very well today. Do it ASAP!

Thanks ma'am...But d unblical cord has fallen off 7days ago. D blood is frm inside d navel,though not much. I'm applying mentholata on d outside round d navel.
