Well said bro. I think most peeps are confusing the lustful desire to have sex with a lady based on her dressing and sexually assaulting a lady.

There are a lot of analogies to make reference to on this issue, just like you highlighted the case of the robber.

The issue of indecent dressing is strictly based on morals and shouldn't be used as an excuse to molest a lady.

For example same guys would see their beautiful sisters dressed indecently or find them unclad probably accidentally and wouldn't even think of raping her even though
another guy who isn't related wouldn't hesitate to do such.

Question, what changed? Rape is a conscious, well thought process by the rapists. Which is the reason why such defense like you rightly pointed out would be "dead on arrival in a court of law".

India for example has one of the highest rape cases and yet a larger percentage of the populace are quite modest and don't dress indecently.

So I blame guys 101% on the issue of rape.

[b]Simple!

What I have been trying to emphasise in the other threads is the issue of consent. It is a very technical one when the accused brings it up as a defence.

Some of the females were like "No is No". But I ask,,how can "No" be "No" when you have agreed without any force,,threat or intimidation then all of a sudden you say "No".

Oga Lekan you are man like me. How possible is it for you to withdraw at that moment? You are banging and in a few seconds your load will pour out then all of a sudden she says "Stop,,i don't want again". How easy is it for you to pull out?

I checked the American Law on rape and it seemed a bit bias in the sense that they didn't really look at a man's view. Majority of the law on assault and immoral acts protect women more than men in that country. They have really given the female folks a lot of power with their laws in that country and many times we see them misuse it.

Their own law states that even when there is consent and she withdraws consent later on during the act,,if you don't stop then it is rape.

Don't you think so many women have used that as an excuse to blackmail a man? She can decide to agree to his advances then all of a sudden she changes her mind during the sex. And when he doesn't stop or he thrusts some more then it's rape.

Going by that then I think many of us guys have raped our girlfriends or our wives unconsciously. If not all of us.

What I know is rape,,like you said is a premeditated action planned by someone in his/her mind. Not when you allow me then you change your mind later and then you tag me a rapist.

I think that's unfair on the male folks

Well,,thank God the law on rape in nigeria does not define it that way. But some of these females are bringing the American system into nigeria which is quite different.

It is either our laws in Nigeria are not defining it succintly or America needs to check up on their laws and make modifications.

Buhahahahaha!! cheesy cheesy@bold.

Thunder fire the babe wey go try that one with me. She dey mad ni? angry

Pull out ko, Pull over ni. cheesy cheesy cheesy

On the issue of the American law, I think you are right on it being biased. The law generally gives undue power and advantage to women all in a bid to protect them.

Even in the case of divorce where the assets of the man are split as long as the woman can provide legit reasons why she wants to opt out. She opts out with a fortune even though she came into the relationship with her handbag and punna. Totally Absurd!!

Yet feminists would keep ranting up and down for equal rights over there.

Am thinking Timaya probably had same issue with the babe who accused him of raping her. They probably had a good time together and all of a sudden something went wrong and its called rape.

Didn't really follow through on the Bill Cosby allegations of sexual assaults too. Multiple ladies springing up from no where with claims that they were sexually assaulted by him.

The judicial system is more like a free pass for the female folks in the states.
