A + A^2 - A + A
(-A+A) = 0
=A + A^2
Upon substitution this gives us 12

3+3*3-3+3
3+3=6
6*3=18
18-3=15
15+3=18
Ans = 18.
There is nothing like Bodmas there.

You cannot even understand elementary math.

12 - (3+3) /solve bracket first. Forget the sign outside bracket. Simple elementary BODMAS.

=12 - 6

= 6

Thank me later. Id1ot!

The negative sign can't stand alone. Its either you bracket it this way (-3+3) or factorise it like this -1(3-3).
-3+3 is the same as -1(3-3)=0

Please which school did you graduate from? You need to shoot whoever taught you mathematics.

BODMAS is just an acronym to help kids understand how it works

BODMAS is actually
B
O
DM
AS.

Division and multiplication rank equally, so do subtraction and addition. They put one before the other just to make it easy to be pronounced.

Think about this. If "of" means multiplication, why is D still before M?

Think bro

Bro, the answer is 12........-3+3=0, whichever way you want to solve it.

That leaves you with 3+3×3.....applying BODMAS gives,

3+9....which equals 12......

So you equally lack comprehension skills shocked shocked

I used it as an explanation because i realised your thinking capacity is low. You reason like a toddler.

Addition and subtraction rank equally in the BODMAS acronym. Read about it or shut up forever

It is not a typo, in programming or computing, "*" is used instead of the multiplication sign

As we know that we have to Follow the order of operations and we can solve this by using B.O.D.M.A.S Rule. So by following this rule First we will solve multiplication given in the given question. So (3 x 3 = 9) Equation becomes 3 + 9 - 3 + 3 Then we will solve the rest of equation from left to right so 12 - 3 + 3 = 12

In solving it, you deal with the sign between the two numbers only. e.g.. 2 + 3. You took higher level math, that's why you are getting it mixed. This is a BODMAS question. So -3+3 does not apply here.

People knowing that it is a bank job started overthinking. That's why 87% got it wrong.

Google cannot apply BODMAS. The examiner simply wants to know if you have any clue about this age old math application. Obviously, you dont. So you failed this one. The math, sorry arithmetic is otherwise too simple for a uni graduate.
