when u open device monitor make sure the phone is not plugged, then. Any app that is higher than 5% or 10 at most depending might be the culprit. Still I will suggest u check the health status of ur battery with the BBVE

You will have to download and install BlackBerry Link on a PC if you have one, Then you can reload the OS from within the BB Link app. What OS are you currently on? BlackBerry 10's default browser should be a pure BlackBerry application, i wonder what android processes have to do with it being able to download files.

After that screen grab the stuff u want to post here then open the painter app and select the picture u want then use ur finger and shade the place u don't want to show. It's as simple as abc. See the attached pics 1 pic of the painter app and 2 the pic of my Facebook page I just shaded the surname. It's as simple as that

You are on a leak BlackBerry 10 OS that was still in development and its pretty much outdated. Try updating to an official BlackBerry 10 OS OTA like 10.3.1.1779, i believe it should solve your problem but you'll be needing WiFi to do it on the phone. Alternatively, you can use bb link on pc to do the update but if gets interrupted, you'll have to start over again.

okay first of all go to ur file manager and select mcard to know if ur card is accessible or I will suggest u use memory card reader and put the mc on ur system to make sure it's accessible or u can put another memory card in the phone to know if it will see it. Hope u didn't use encryption on the card before wiping it?

i think system is a bit high. Just watch closely bro just leave the phone unplugged, use it normal and observe it. Try doing a hard reset as well by holding the vol+ and minus together for 10seconds

you have to provide a bit more info...what OS are you on? when did the issues start? how long have u had the device etc

no bro hard reset is holding the volume + and volume - key till the phone goes off. About the display try reducing ur screen brightness. Check ur android apps too some of them are good in sucking battery

there is picsmix and picstory on BlackBerry World but I think there is a bug when u try logging in don't know if they have fixed it. As for the photo grid download the android version from 1 mobile market or any Google play client it works well on BlackBerry u can as well download picsmix and others from there including camera360

nope nothing will be touched, all ur details will remain as it is. the hard reset sometimes helps to fix minor issues like overheating or battery drain like in ur case and other minor minor issues

thanx Sammy. I doubt if I can do the update myself. My pc is not with me. I don't even know how to go about it.

bb passport misbehaving, started with camera n flashlite not working, giving camera is in use by another application, media files wudnt play and chat notifications emited a high pitched siren noise, tried connecting it to pc....got a usb device malfunction error from abt 3 pcs i tried it. did a security wipe hoping it wud solve the problem it didnt.
now today phone refuses to boot, and the red led light is on when plugged to charge or pc usb.....n still not recognized by pc...
pls what do i do?

is the stain inside or outside. If it's outside use something like nail or facial cleanser with cotton wool and clean it. If it's inside u need an engineer to help u lose the phone if u can't do it ur self.
