Nice one bro but you should not use plywood instead you should use solid planks as they would chew it with ease and you would have to spend more on repairs.
Then i think you want to insert poop trays underneath each layer if so then you should not seal the whole back.

Rabbits they are so cute when they are small and clean my second best pets btw thats not how to carry them, you hold them by their ears

I made 2, one has 3 compartment and the other is divided into 9 compartment. The one with nine is 2 by 1.7 and the one with 3 compartment is 2 by 5 feet
