I got an offer today tho am not too comfortable with it. the pay is 55k and its on the island while i stay in far away Agege. worse is d fact dat its a 6 to 6 job, with lagos stress. how do u see it?

If you are presently doing nothing, pls kindly take the offer to boast your confidence and CV rather than sitting at home or visiting boyfriend. It a good pay compare to the country's situation of no job stuff.

Madam... Half puf-puf is better than none ooo... Some people work for less than that and live farther. If you don't really have experience, and the job matches your career line, by all means go for it. Building your cv is far more important than the pay. You never can tell, from there, a better offer will come along and with the experience you gather from there, it will serve you well. You also might be lucky to meet someone you can go home with rather than taking public transport.

In this country of ours, one can't just sit at home and be expecting greener pastures, heaven helps those who help themselves. I rest my case

just to say my mind: the distance is far for 6-6job. My taking it depends on the job's nature. If it will gv u sometime to rest at the office, take it but if not; keep searching. you are a lady, maybe single and doing a job that will tell negatively on you isn't the best no matter what. Talking from experience: I did that kind of a job after my NYSC, I quitted just after a month. 7:30-7:30 but in my neborhood, Chinese company, just under one month: my body system and color didn't remain d same. As for the people talking about experience, experience is good but depends on your discipline and career prospect!

gaskiya! Cus many dont know the stress involved... Egbeda-Oshodi-Island is always a busy route! Better part of the salary will go with the trans-fare
