Once you download BB Link, its pretty much straight-forward from there (within the app). Also, you could have someone like an engineer update it for you for a token, i had an engineer update mine for 1500 once in Makurdi, after i had tried doing the update unsuccessfuly.

bb passport misbehaving, started with camera n flashlite not working, giving camera is in use by another application, media files wudnt play and chat notifications emited a high pitched siren noise, tried connecting it to pc....got a usb device malfunction error from abt 3 pcs i tried it. did a security wipe hoping it wud solve the problem it didnt.
now today phone refuses to boot, and the red led light is on when plugged to charge or pc usb.....n still not recognized by pc...

NOT mine, but owner says no water,..its really strange, cos it was half ok,, b4..just making the high pitched noise...till i left it on overnight and the battery died [i guess], thus its not coming on again..

Very fresh, no scratches, cleaner than new, blackberry Z30 +carton and charger for sale.

The phone was bought brand new 3 months ago.

Condition : Working Perfect, no issues

Just have faith. If he/she cant do it, they wont stress theirself, but do make sure you take it to someone or somewhere with a reputation.

You may need to open up your device and clean it first.

I also faced this challenge but it has been rectified now!
If u using a glo line,no need calling their customer care they don't ve much info abt it send a mail to blackberry@gloworld.com stating this issue, ur no, bbmodel,imei no,exact location,pin n network signal on ur fone within 24hrs it will be fixed.

You may need to open up your device and clean it first.

plug the phone in ur system if ur system sees it then download the os autoloader of ur phone and reload it. But know that u will lose everything in the phone memory. Before u start make sure u have BlackBerry Link installed in ur system.

all u need to do is go to settings account add new account, then select email and put the email address and click next. Follow the instructions

mehn, beefers will always still beef bb10 like i use to before. Try using the phone before judging it cuz it's completely different from the usual bb. I moved from iphone to bb10, although i hated bb with complete passion
The batt outlasts all smart phones, confirmed myself not just the usual rating online, the only time you will have problem is when you are on 3G, mehn the batt go lick like stew .
the browser madt ni, the keypad is something else, not to talk of the wipes, at first complicated but ones you understand it, you will enjoy it.
I love games and have not really tried gaming on it, will drop my feedback when i do (especially android games on it).
The camera too superb. But the fact still remains beefers will always beef, handle the phone first before junking it up like other bb. cheers

BlackBerry z30 is cool and u will love it absolutely. Good battery, good camera, good sound, network reception excellent. And yes u can stream YouTube video without any issues. This is not all those old BlackBerry smartphones. Yes glo bis which is 3gig for 1k works so does airtel, its only mtn and Etisalat bis that doesn't work but other plans works.

u can only add an office mail if your office email admin has enabled your email account for mobile use

i dont think the H is your problem...the problem is probably that your device is unable to access blackberry services...do you see the BB logo beside the H?

if your H has the BB logo beside it then your device will be faster than if it was 3G

OK, so the blackberry passport is back to life, the power ic was changed...according to the repairer,
but the initial problem b4 the complete failure of the fone still persists
1. camera not functioning...brings camera may be in use by another device error msg
2. wifi doesnt stay on...turns off and on without connecting
3. any media cant play, instead emits a high pitched noise, when a bbm/whatsapp msg enters.

a security wipe has been done...didnt work....
next the software was reloaded...3 different versions...issue still persists

has anybody any idea on what next to do?

Infact there was a time I use to want the H cos I believe it to be the HSPA(High Speed Packet Access) service.

My question is; since I brought my z10 back to life using autoloader to 10.3.1.2726 I've not received any updates at all not even one for like 5months. Is this a problem from the autoloader or just that no update have been pushed to me yet?

Good day everyone. I'm sorry if this question has been asked before now. I have been trying to update my z30 software for ages now to no avail. It said I needed additional 1.1gb for the update. I have deleted virtually every app on the phone and have enough space now for the update, but still it's showing I need extra space.

Is anyone experiencing this problem and how did you solve it? Waiting for a swift answer, thanks
