Yes, at subsistence level for family consumption grin

Aside family consumption, they produce what you get to buy at Oye Achalla, Oba Ofemili, Ifite Ogwari etc. though there is room for improvement.

The north produces all the food.

The south east receives the highest allocations.

Yet they complain that they are being marginalized and claim that they are being stolen from. While boasting that they feed the whole country.

Fortunately, it is only the fools among them that behave in this manner.

***modified. ***

The south south actually receives he highest allocations. This even makes things weirder.
What exactly is the south east contributing to the country if it is actually the south south that produces this said oil currently?
And that contribution, is it worth more than they are currently receiving as allocation? If so, why?

For Yam
Put Nassarawa, Abuja and Niger State...
Op you need to see a tuber of yam from those region, as in no state can be compared to Nassarawa, Abuja and Niger Yam but unfortunately they are not mentioned in your list

If only these state can focus on these resources and stop waiting for hand outs from oil proceeds. There are countries doing well with this resources alone.

Wow...just that we don't give attention to agriculture again, d north is really leading in agriculture followed by south west.. Only if we can go bak to agriculture, we need to diversify from only oil. The only issue is, everyone is running away from farm work...

I tink d govt need to make agriculture attractive, put some measure in place to maintain d agriculture produce and management of it...

If the north was leading in anything they would never resort to boko haram...

When it comes to Agriculture the central Nigeria and SW are leading..

Is this not sufficient reason to allow every region manage its resources?

Despite the huge agricultural resource in the north, they are still the most agitated for loss of lazy allocation.
