Bro, I am a firm believer in Nigeria and all it stands for. We may not know it but our activities here, while they may seem trivial and unserious, are shaping some opinions. So what you're saying now is, if I were to buy a huge piece of land in your state, and I discovered gold on every inch of it, I am not allowed to mine my own lands because it's in your state and I am a thief? What sort of thinking is that?

Also, like I earlier said, in the SW, allocations hardly matter. People refine their own roads, provide their own power when possible, and don't take it easy with their government at all. And as is readily seen, SW states are developing at a fast rate. What else do we need a beg?
