what is your age range? Have you had injury prior to the pain and lump or anything happen before you started feeling the pain? Is the lump itself painful when you push on it. Does it move around? Any redness around it? Do you have any medical problems or on any medications?

The things it could be are due to: trauma, infectious process, inflammation. Worse case scenario is tumor; and in that case, I would caution you to see a doctor for evaluation.

In the mean time, just rest, ice it, compress and elevate it.
Thanks Dr for your quick response.I am 26 yes old,no injury prior to the pain, the lump itself is not painful and it does not move around,no redness, the medical issue I have is that I have a complex cyst in my left ovary which do cause me waist pain down to my legs and thigh during menstruation,I am TTC.my husband also have a lump in one of his fingers could it be an infection.what do you suggest I do .thanks may God reward you abundantly.

Have you tried anti perspirant? Get heavy potent prescribed one.

If not working, then your option is to other options such as anti-cholinergi. medications or procedural options, but these require dermatologists evaluations and recommendation.

Best

So, the tightness in the chest is worse with eating solid food?

There is a condition called esophageal spasm--- it's mimics heart issues such as your symptoms but occurs with food. Read up on it and tell me if you think it sounds like your case.

Anyway, consider PM so I can get a better sense of your medical history and perhaps have some advise for you.

Hang in there sir.

Take care.

Are you an athlete or engage in physical exertion? The only thing I can think of is you pulled a muscle, in which case take ibuprofen, rest, ice it with compression and elevate.

If not muscle sprain/strain, then possibly a hernia. What is your age range?

Bloody painful stool sounds more like hemorrhoids. What is your age range? Are you constipated or better, how often do you have bowel movement and is it hard stool?

The only thing I can think of for the lump with the information you provided is 'warts'.

However! what is your biggest priority right now is the complex cysts in your ovary. Do you have a gynecologist who is following you for that. If you don't, you need to follow up with one ASAP. Have you being worked up further for the complex cysts?

If the lump is not painful, and no sign of redness or discharge around it, just watch it for possible growth. No need to do anything.

Regards.
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 2:41pm On Aug 10, 2015
I'm sure it's not hernia. grin, it's not much of a big deal, most times when I use ibuprofen the pain goes completely in less than 36 hours.

Kudibaby!

You are welcome! When you get chance, have a doc take a look at thigh/leg bump just to be sure tho it is likely benign.

Best to ya

Have you tried a moisturizer? You can try a really good moisturizer. You can start with cheap alternative like cocoa butter, coconut oil, shea butter.

If those don't work, then try pricier ones like aveen.o, cetaphil and the like. If your eczema fail to clear, then you need steroid cream, hydrocortisone 1% for starters.

Good luck

What are the symptoms that you noticed? Are you self treating? If you have just started taking the drugs, it's possible to feel worse before getting better. You have to give the drugs some time to kick in.

Are there any numbness and tingling? How old are you? It sounds like you could have some nerve impingement syndrome.

I would advice you to get an evaluation from a doctor plus or minus an imaging to investigate.

In the mean time, how is your posture? Sleeping habits or rituals or hygiene? You sleep on hard mattress or?

You will likely need some physical therapy/osteopathic manipulation or chiropractor.

But, that said, you need to see a profession who will give you pain medicine to manage the pain.

I wish you well

Do you have blood pressure issues in the past, I mean why are you freaking out about a slight increase in your BP.

BP of 129/90 only has the bottom number high, but not even that terrible.

Relax, breath. Stress, anxiety can jack up your BP. Also avoid caffeine beverages. If you are taking pain killers particularly NSAIDs, stop or limit them.

Exercise and eat low fat, low salt diet.

But, I suspect for you, as young as you are: calm down and take a deep breath.

Does this Whitish vaginal discharge have an odour? Any itching? What is the consistency if you can describe what it looks like.

Whitish discharge can be normal depending. But, if not, there is yeast infection.

She needs to stop whatever antibiotics else she is taking as it is eliminating her normal flora and hence making the yeast infection worse.

She needs a repeat of fluconazole 150mg by mouth once. She can also try suppository form if she prefers that.

Report back in a few days and we shall go from there.
