Buh my God has bin faithful cos it's well controlled and protein has never been found in my urine. I just pray I'l combat ds fear 4 antenatal. Plus size women dont really add weight on preg. I managed to gain 2kgs d entire preg, which I now lost again in 3rd trimester in spite of my midnight feasting on eba.

Blend or mash ginger and add little salt put in the particular spot for some minutes and spit it out rise mouth with warm water you can continue until you are relieve that was what helped me last week....... it work like magic for me.... just give it a try
