After the training of more than a month now nothing has happen,i heard that training is still on going as at last week,also from a staff of Dangote Obajana,he said we should be expecting call within 3rd and 10th of this month,let know what info u av in regard.

There is nothing to worry about concerning the training and the test. I had mine at Obajana and it was just normal except for the two sleepless nights I spent traveling. No need for any prior preparation. Just go with a courageous, attentive and open mind. As for the test, you will be asked what you have just been taught, an open test I would call it because you needed to see how peeps were opening their books, nobody even cared if there were CCTVs hidden all around. NAIJA FOR SHOW. Anyway, out of anxiety, I had to call that lady that called me for the training and she said the training was still on-going and that by 2nd week of September they should start calling us. Finaly,the first batch has finish dia induction and been documented,they were about 200 applicants,d exercise started on last week wesd and finished on tuesday 12th of April 2016,we are wating to resume by next week,d second batch are to be call by next week or two week,d induction venue is Ibese Ogun State. A lot of things has change about d scheme.thanks

I'm sorry my fone went off yesterday due to flat battery.
My three conclusions are
1. Every body in the house should just remain calm and stop listening to all kind of someone said this and another person said that about the scheme. Nobody , even the top guys in Dangote transport department has any definitive information as regards the nitty gritty of this scheme. They all claimed that Mr Carlos conceived the idea and he alone with probably his team know best about the scheme and the conditions surrounding it. So, apart from the briefings they've done for us as regards the operations of the transport section, they can say anything further until Mr Carlos comes around to clarify the remaining issues and further things we shall know in our agreement or offer papers.

2. Everything is in batches, and completion of every aspect of your verification is not the criteria for being called for induction. When is your turn to be called you will be asked bring along any incomplete document, Infact my guarantors' IDs BCI requested me to send as the only thing delaying me still reflected as incomplete when I got to Obajana and I was only fortunate that I have the soft copies with me. Infact I still saw people that were asked to just go and call their guarantors to resend thier completed forms, I'm not saying u should not try ur best to make sure that your verification is fully done by BCI if you have the means of doing that.

3. Subsequent batches to be invited are not likely to experience the same thing we went through because we have really (PARRAD) for them on behalf of Nigerian job seekers ( and my family member on this forum please be careful the way you air your opinions in angry situations like the one we found ourselves yesterday, this can really land one in serious trouble despite the fact that we are fighting for our right, we all know how they treat job seekers in this country I made sure I was among the very last set of people to leave the venue, Infact I left with the vehicle that carried the official after they have closed the venue, I can tell you categorically that some people landed themselves in real trouble yesterday without knowing just because they didn't apply wisdom in registering their annoyance.)
Lastly, I think they seem to be considerate in term of posting, since they told all of us that came that we are surely resuming at Ibese, at least the man said he was 100% sure.

So people just calm down and let us be positive and continue in our prayers to the Almighty God bestow his mercy any favour on us always and as far as this scheme is concerned.

Finally my people any time you are called just prepare for any eventuality. (AFTERALL THIS IS WHY OYINBO MAN THEY ISSUE RETURN TICKETS )
