Yes. Get imaging. There's possiblity of trauma from your footballer days.

You practically need pain management and some physical therapy and/or chiropractic manipulation.

I wish you well.

Do you have blood pressure issues in the past, I mean why are you freaking out about a slight increase in your BP.

BP of 129/90 only has the bottom number high, but not even that terrible.

Relax, breath. Stress, anxiety can jack up your BP. Also avoid caffeine beverages. If you are taking pain killers particularly NSAIDs, stop or limit them.

Exercise and eat low fat, low salt diet.

But, I suspect for you, as young as you are: calm down and take a deep breath.

Thank you for your response.
I'm trying to calm down, av started exercising still i cant breathe properly. I still feel light heaviness in my chest. What my anxiety was is gone still i cant get myself.

So, are you admitting you have anxiety issues then?

For safety, do visit a doctor and get a check up and at minimum get an ECG to check heart rhythm, pulse and BP as well. Can also add chest x.ray.

If those tests are non contributory, then I would recommend getting screened for anxiety and/or get on anti anxiety treatment.

Ok. Thanks.
I was actually scared whn i fell ill again last week. I became so worried. Till i did a test and it came out negative. The anxiety i guess took up my bp.

Are you aware of any thing that you did that could have given you the marks?

Have you lost some weight recently?

Is it painful? Any rashes?

Nope,,i haven't done anything to get the mark..

Nope, I'm kinda skinny 4rm the start...

No,it's not @ll painful, just the mark i do feel..

Can it be the reason cos i dnt think I've increased in height and weight for the past one year..

Hm...it should be the other way 'round. That is rapid increase (or loss) in height/weight will give you stretch mark.

How old are you? I would recommend getting screened for a condition called Cushing syndrome. It's a hormonal disruption.

But, first, do you have any other symptoms/sighs that you can think of or see? *modified*: do you use steroid?

Alright. See a doctor if you have easy access to one or can afford one.

In the mean time, try stress release and management techniques. Meditation, light or moderate exercise will help.

Ahh 18 huh? Consider this growing pains! It can happen with hormonally induced growth phase as your skin stretches!

You also have option of seeing a doctor for full physical exam and get a certified clean bill of health

Good luck

Hi Doctor, hope you are doing good.
I checked my blood pressure today and to my suprise it turned out to be 99/55 with a pulse-rate of 45. I was told that my blood pressure is okay, moreover i weigh 90kg with a height of 180cm (5" 11). I thought the ideal blood pressure is suppose to be 120/80.
Is there something i am not getting right?

Are you athletic or work out per as in strong and fit? If you are, then those numbers are quite normal. The pulse is classified as bradycardia (low), but If you do not feel any symptoms such as in dizziness, faint feeling, then no problems at all.

Basically, those numbers are normal in athletes and the like.

You can choose an over the counter multivitamin that contains those vitamins; most times, the quantities are within allowable limits or are required daily values.

Do you need specific brands or? 'Cause you can search these online; like womens' one a day multivitamin is a great one.

So, I am guessing you have given the professional diagnosis of cluster headache or you self diagnosed? You may need a head imaging like CT to rule out other more serious causes.

Where is your headache and what are the characteristics of this headache?

Cluster headaches are generally orbito-temporal region of brain, unilateral (one sided), and involves features like tearing, lasts from 15 minutes to 2 hours lasts few weeks then remits.

Consider other kinds of headache like migraine.

Anyway, if it is cluster, then mainstay prophylaxis is calcium channel blocker class of drugs such as verapami.l, oral corticosteroids. For acute therapy, you need oxygen delivered via face mask for 10 minutes generally done at a health care center.

Good luck.

What have you tried? You likely need something more potent like: benzoyl peroxide face wash/cream.

If the cream based fails, then you need prescribed oral antibiotics. For that, go and see a doctor.

Regards.

the headache I have is at the forehead.. The headache does not affect my fullhead just the forehead(like its been pounded)
Here is the link to the thread I created to get solutions to it
https://www.nairaland.com/2198305/please-persistent-frontal-headache-over
I did a detailed explanation of the pain there: please read it and help me find a solution to it...

Most of the drugs I use(optalidon, cafergot etc) just supress the pain and the pain will come again after a few hours..
