No dear I didn't wash. Did it like its done locally. Used knife to scrap/peel off the back and that was it.

Ayamese will be nice too. I keep exploring cos attimes one can actually get bored eating same old same.

Yes I do alot of that but ie the normal kitchen oven grill. Most times I substitute for frying cos I believe it's healthier. Infact ma oven is running its full course and might start complaining soon...lol tongue

And u are not totally wrong thinking its a man's chore. For the outside grill most times i raise the idea of what to do and let him chair it but becos I love cooking generally I alwys put an eye to ensure it comes out nice.
