Hello fellow teammates, is anyone experiencing loss of appetite? I don't really feel hungry or crave anything and when I eventually force myself to eat, the food just sits in my tummy making me uncomfortable. In my first trimester, I ate like a horse but now, nothing interests me.

@faithfulwife..same thing I'm going through..no more cravings,and mad constipation when I eventually eat..just try to take as much water as you can,and tk your vitamins..perhaps the appetite will return..may God grant us an easy ride..tkcr

I am experiencing loss of appetite. Infact mine started from the onset of the pregnancy. Didn't experience ms though I had expected I would eat like a horse considering it's multiple. That I manage to east these days is because I just psyche myself up that i'll be punishing my babies if I don't eat. Also DH won't let me whenever he's around and observes my eating habit.

But honestly eating even a small portion feels like my system is full up to my throat and the food is about come right out. It's gotten worse since I was down with malaria and have received treatment and recovered from it.

Sorry to ask, did you have a cerclage done since you are carrying twins? I did , though mine was more of preventive since it took us a while before we got pregnant .

@fosterkid, my sister God be with you,i understand you.my pillar is ps 5:11 it says they that trust in the Lord should rejoice,so I trust in the Lord and always rejoice,like I said every night I rehearse my testimony,trust God that this one has come to stay remove your mind from what has happened before. God will help us and see us through.

Hi dear, pls take lots of water and fruits especially orrange. Eat the inside, constipation is not good in pregnancy. Do all you can to avoid it

@ faithfulwife same 2me 2 I dnt really eat much like d way I eat n when I force it 2 eat plenty na problem so wl jt eat little cos I dey battle woth heartburn! How funny when I mixx little amount of milo n warm water I get remedy for d heartbun.. lol

Faithfulwife:same story here .no appetite even after malaria has bn treated.I told my doc and he didnt seem worried about it. I only eat once a day yet the prenatal vitamins make me throw up whatever I ate prior and I am still bf.it is well.



Pls mothers:is the doc supposed to examine my b.r.east during antenatal.hian .I refused though but is that normal procedure
