Feed back on krisbethel school:::Wrote there test on Monday and micro teaching same day....d micro teaching were supervised by univ. lecturers.....passed ,did interview d next day....but da pay ain't worth it @ all....imagine saying d highest dey can pay is 38k....declined it sha....but d skuul building is good....

It was quite challenging though, their aptitude test is superb! If not for the "gragra" I put up during the interview and micro-teaching, it would have been a different story alltogether.
If you don't have it, fake it! Confidence is very key when it comes to interviews.
Though the pay is just a few tens of thousand above what I currently earn, I like their welfare package and other perks.
So patiently awaiting the new session! Wish me well guys.

I'm shocked at the fat salary from a school. I thought it's only oil and gas industries that can pay as high as that.

12 million per year means 1 million per month.

School business is a big business it depends on the level you want to play. A big educational organisation with group of schools in Lagos can comfortably pay the Administrator who is in charge of the schools N12 million and above per annum.

A school like C l b have about 800 students in Magodo branch, if the school fees is just N180k per term, that will give us N144 million per term and N432 million per year, by the time you include boarding fees, primary school and Lekki branch, the turnover should be well over N1.2 billion in a year.

Salary for all branches of the school should be like N30 million per month, N360 million per annum if we add top management pay, about N400 million will take care of salary for the year.

@Masties, are you married? If yes, I will not advice you to leave Isolo everyday to work in Lekki. Try and upgrade and get a better job on the Mainland.
