@farmtech is it advisable to give dem extra vitamins eventhough d antibiotics contains vitamin already. Because told when we used d vitamins we had increase. Just want to prevent break in production

U can use the antibiotic alone if you want. But I doubt if the vitamin content can be compared with vitamins.

I got answer to my earlier question on the withdrawal of antibiotics b4 Laxota.
the Answer. Antibiotic does not interfere with Viral Vaccines and hence no withdrawal period except the day of the vaccination.

I don't think dis is rat, it looks like d handy work of snakes to me, had same xperience some time ago, u shld be on d look out.

Yes. The floor or pen should be at least 4inch or more concrete cemented

@jamp na wa for these predators o. same experience on my farm, though they are yet to graduate to the level of eating life birds but my feed pan is their foodbasket once the light is off. I suggest you get some right poison.

fnk@ pls can u send me dat practical report of your experience. I tink this we help novice like me in starting poultry, especially the broiler aspect.

You need to be more specific.
Pasty vents could be the sign of so many disease, Coccidiosis, Pullorium, diarrhea.

2 . get livestovic, Promin or any other good vitamins.

I have spent up to 2.5m on the farm project generally but if i get an offer for 800k. I would sell off the farm and remaining Old layers all together.
The is farm is 7 plots of land, farm has water, spacious pen, 6 Units of Galvanised battery cage i bought september last year . it can take 540 birds, little feed crusher, uninstalled pumping machine.
The Road to the farm is always graded because it leads to a quarry site.. The farm is at Oseile in abeokuta. just 5 minutes drive from the college of education.
