Hello pals, please I'm curious, can PS4 be hacked?

Gurus in the house, pls help. I bought a brand new xbox one on Jumia about 8 months ago and never had time to test it until now (have been away for sometime). Upon plugging it into the mains, I found out that the unit is faulty as it powers on and subsequently goes off after about 15 seconds. I have tried most of the troubleshooting ideas/suggestions I could find online without success. Geeks in the house, pls what else can I do to solve this challenge?

Jumia won't take it and Microsoft won't bother. Cud be a hardware issue. Try a different power pack. Had a similar issue with a console last week. Especially if its not an original pack. Switched it with mine and it worked like a charm. Gudluck

I got a new power brick and the problem still persists. I've contacted Jumia, they wnt take it back but have refrerred me to a service centre. Fingers crossed, hoping they are able to fix it.

service center?? before going to a servce center just wipe/restore to factory settings (same things as wiping the device). i am sure the so called service center will do just that

Last I checked which was like 2 weeks ago you can, if you are looking for 2015 games on your PC you can get them and it works fine. Your Laptop specifications look good enough, better than most I have come across. But to enjoy the best of Laptops, AMD would have been better IMO

have you called jumia 2 report d problem or try taking it to a qualified technician,same thing happened wen I bought a ps2 from Singapore some years back,turns off after 3 mins.

Sorry to hear this man, nothing worse than getting a new game and you not getting value for money, but if you are getting another one, I suggest you get from Konga, got mine from there and been using it without issues they even have a sales thing going on now.
