It may not be murder,but it can lead a lady to go and commit one,it's only the grace of God that can make someone stand. As much as I don't look on rape culprits with mild eye,I still won't support them being punished with death.
I don't see anyone deserve such a sentence no matter the offence,it's not in our power to take life neither should we deprive anyone from living.

Rapists though, it has got a lot to do with the psychological state of mind,I don't see them as normal people..lemme spare you the lecture.

I think life sentence is fair enough.

I believe the only crime that deserves to be punished with a death penalty is murder/man slaughter..........to take a life, a life must have been taken. Raping to death is also murder, in this case a death sentence is fair.

The problem with capital punishment is that ladies will abuse it. Innocent people might be killed. You know how people get all emotional towards rape news without even investigating the authenticity of the news, they won't want to listen the the guys side of the story.

Does sex with a minor constite to rape in this case, even if the girl wanted it. Does the man deserve to die.

If and only if the guy was found to be guilty of a violent rape and not a consensual sex after a thorough investigation and there are propelling evidence such as a clear video footage or a confession by the guy himself, then in this case I support capital punishment.
