what a sale!
supersunday.com just sold for $2,000 at namejet.com
fundingoffice.com - $2100
Wenge.Com - $2677. view full list of top domains sold in the past 14 days @ www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm
To be candid time of selling a domain name for a mere $100 seems to be over unless if you're just starting or in a hurry to sell. i can see domains that some of my domains are far better of still selling at a very high prices.

this question has been answered before; there are expired domain softwares and sites you can search for domains and quickly register it and there are specific times of the day to get a rich domain name to register. as i always say do your research more, read more and probably get a mentor before investing in any online business. on knowing good domains to register; go for english word, short, easy to write and remember.... and keyword rich . finally concentrate on .com Cheers

@ sseunth ikegift4real and anyone else that want to fully get involved;
iykepromotions:
How to transfer a domain name when sold. once you agree on selling your domain too while parking, the parking company will automatically put it up for sale. just a matter of time you will receive a congratulately message that your domain name has been sold. now before they will pay you, you need to handover the domain to the parking company and this is called Transfer. this is exactly how to do it; log in to your registrar account, click on manage domains, click on the particular domain, unlock it, look for authentication code. that's the domain code, they will mail it to you and once you receive it forward it to the parking company/escrow service. once they confirm receipt and successful transfer they will pay you. now all these info i gave here is just a tip of the icebag. every business has it's own risks, secrets and strategies. to invest in this business do your own personal research via search engines or get the A- Z Trainings and mentorship @ www.Vrglo.Com . I will not derail the purpose of the op by hijacking his thread. He is the expert in expired domain and all I do is to give out fresh and never registered domain names which I believe will turn premium soonest.
Get the op to give you all you have asked for as he is the guru there.
If you are patient enough to build a domain name from the scratch, then lets talk.
Just hit my signature and subscribe.
NOTE:
The domain names I will suggest to you does not have traffic or pagerank as it is a never registered before domain

Using this time to say thanks all for all the enquiries both here and via email. to those that have taken action keep me informed about your progress, challenges and any assistance you may need. now making money online is a choice and determination. i kept on saying it not everyone will make money online. give them all resources even for free they will still fail. why? they are not committed and they're not ready to take action. i made it clear that this is just an awareness thread. there are many ways to make money online some are complicated some are not but you need to show some seriousness and commitment. before i started making money from this business i attended a group seminar about it which each of us paid N17,500, after the training i didn't start making money immediately. i made some mistakes but i persisted till i began to see results. probably it may be because i spent money in learning it and in the long run it began to pay me even till today. many will doubt that's why i said first research

Procrastinating.com - $8,877
localdomains.com - $544
jobsuccess.com - $660. all sold @ godaddy except photographyfans.com which was sold for $855 at flippa. these are just domain names and never a website. why am reporting some of those sales here is to let you know how much to fix for your domain name. this is not time to be selling a domain name for as low as $100 unless you're going for auctions. selling a domain name for a high price at times requires patient that's why parking the domain is highly adviceable so far it got rich traffic; park it, be making money from the parking revenue while waiting for the right offer. but if you're in a hurry and needs money fast you can go for auctions. auction is great but you may not sell your domain very high there because most people that come to auctions are domainers too. they buy cheap, go elsewhere and sell it higher. Will report one of my big domain sale very soon here. closing deal on it. Thanks all

SCAM ALERT:
For those that are new in domain name biz, beware of those that will send you a mail making offer for your domain with the option that you get an appraisal certificate.

They will promise to buy your domain at a very high price and give you a link for you to get appraisal certificate. Don't fall for this kind of scam as they also own the link where you will get the appraisal certificate and once you pay for the appraisal certificate, story yakari!
Beware!!!
Re: How I Bought A Domain Name For $10 And Resold It At $550 by henribj(m): 5:25pm On Aug 20, 2015
most of the appraisal sites on the net keep giving different figures on the amount a site is worth, I checked your name on another appraisal site and it displayed your site name as worth less than $60. While some other sites listed it as worth between $300-$500.

It is not. Sites like sedo.com, afternic.com do not ask for it. It mostly come up during private negotiations. Note that its mostly scammers that do this as someone who is genuinely interested in buying your domain will be the one to appraise it to determine if it meets his requirements.
Thanks for the rating of housgive.com. Its unregistered as at the time I posted it.

depends on the site you are making the payment on, not all international sites accept Nigerian cards.

there are several domain marketplaces and many are still coming up. talking about selling domain fast depends on the promotion and strategies you use. one of them is contacting end users and the other is through auctions. contacting end user may sell higher and faster than going for auctions. for example, there was a time i bought a trafficless domain name; online/digital/brochures.com and during my research i found out that there is a uk company bearing online/digital/brochures.co.uk. well i sent them a mail asking if they may be interested in buying my domain. and they said yes. within 10 days deal was completed and the domain was pushed into his account. but some domain selling requires patient. the longer a domain stays the more value it will have.
