If you want to embezzle in Nigeria, just conceive an irrelevant project, estimate the cost and inflate by 1000% and promise some ogas at the top some percentage if they approve it and you're good to go

When youths are looking for just 100k to go into poultry, Barbing, Horticulture and other entrepreneurial businesses.. Still banks and Govt will say no capital and give loans to the already super rich elites...
