scholly: Thanks for this contribution. I'd like to ask some questions as well; 1. did he state during his student 573 visa application earlier, that he was in a de-facto relationship with you? Did you play any role back then? 2. Is it so stressful presently and what is the process like. My Situation: I have a girlfriend presently. I intend to apply for Student Visa soon and I hope to return and marry her during the course of my stay there, after which I'd bring her over to join me. 3. What should me be the best line of action for me? Thanks |

@Scholly, when completing your form 919, we're you requested to Submit a Bank Statement and a Letter from your hubby's School stating that he is making academic progress? How many years program his he studying? scholly: |
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by scholly(f): 8:48pm On Aug 17, 2015 |
deleyi20: No he didn't state that he was in a De-facto relationship. We didn't really know the process then. Is not stressful physically at all,is just to take documents to teleperformance. I went with our marriage certificate, notarised passport pages of me and my hubby, birth certificate, vitally everything that was required in the checklist that concerns the visa I applied for. I can't really tell you the best line of action as am still waiting for my visa. |
Re: General Australian student Visa Enquiries Part 2 by scholly(f): 8:52pm On Aug 17, 2015 |
erictack203: I didn't submit bank statement, it was lastweek that I was sent email to send proof of financial transactions between me and my hubby to show that we are really a couple,as well as pictures from before we got married, pictures of our marriage and pictures after our marriage. 1 Like |

Good morning Everyone, please can someone give me list of cheap university to apply for my Masters programme, I studied cooperative economics and management and I came out with second class lower division been working for 7 years now. I also want to know if Australia allow a married person to come over with the family immediately or I must come first before applying for their visa? sorry for the long talk but I will like someone to put me through on what to do. I know some of my questions has been answered before , if I can get a link or something will really appreciate it. N/B is it late to apply for a course I will also want your advice on which of the state is cheaper to raise children, rent, school, feeding and cost of living. please help a sister out. thanks everyone. |

utcheylee: Why don't you go for PR and you get to do your MSc much cheaper? You will definitely spend a lot less getting a PR (with all the associated benefits) compared to opting for an MSc programme. |

chuckdee13: Even if you have a Masters in the same field, it doesn't fetch you additional points to that which you will get from your first degree. |
