On a serz note thou, the above will increasue your chances thou not a total guarantee.
Aslo the fact that your are unmarried and with a virgin passport dosent mean you won't get.It just means the odds are against u.

This is rarely used, at least from transcripts and info on the internet. Could that be a clue as to why you were denied? Probably the VO doesn't expect that your circumstances (at least what could make her change her impression) is likely to change in the usual 90days minimum wait period to reapply. Could it be your age, marital status, family relationships juxtaposed with other things? Please bear in mind that these are just wild guesses and I don't have the intention to pry or insult in anyway. It is well.

It is a misrepresentation of intent and an inappropriate act which is what honest Nigerians here are fighting against. Hello Good people of the house,intend applying for US visa. In starting the process do I create a new profile or ask for details of the former profile because this is not my first time of applying. Republic of Benin, Togo, Abidjan and Ghana is like you are still traveling within the Nigeria... You have the chance to get there without an International Passport. So, how would you want the US Visa Officer to recognise your presence.

Sorry but to be very honest you REALLY messed this up.
You used THIEF agent to prepare your documents but you clearly did not read them to learn what had been written.
You told the V.O. that you were using papers written by someone else.
You said Orlando Florida as a destination which has enough attractions to keep you busy for months but then state two destinations near New York
Over a thousand miles away!

All this rubbish now forms part of your record if you try again with a totally different story they may even suspect fraud.
You need to spend some time and straighten out your life and story.
Any application again now will be wasting money.
