From personal experience;
Cam = ulephone.
Sound and speaker = jiayu.
ROM optimization,development and support =jiayu.
Battery stand by =jiayu.
Connectivity and network reception both are at same level and its hard picking a winner here.
Ulephone has a *sharp finger print, jiayu *NFC.
Gaming and general driod performance on usage,both are on same level with ulephone •sightly faster, due to lack of ROM optimization which make it lag a bit, it should have outperformed jiayu, N.B there is a solution to it via xda.
Screen display =ulephone
Notification light = jiayu, none on ulephone..
If am to suggest for quality and ruggedity (tough and strong)= jiayu s3
For design and better camera and display = ulephone..
So make your choice.. INI is able and capable of seeing to it.. Tnx..
