Sir, Every state has the open privilege to succeed if properly supported by the local state.
What has our Governors in the East done for us?
Why don't they open skills acquisition centers since they know most easterners are more into skills .
Have you seen the politics in the various state universities in the east.
Less you think am bias, am an Igbo man.
