I know of University of Ibadan.
After they released cutoff mark; Change of course form was made available for people who didn't make it, with no top-notch courses among but when supplementary list came out, some people where offered Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Physiotherapy etc

I'm sorry, when I said I had proof I didn't know the argument was about merit list and supplementary list. I just had to go and re-read. I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding.
