Folks please what are the required documents for opening an account in the U.S. Is the school ID card required, and if so, is it a must?

Urgent reply needed ASAP

Thanks guys.

All you've to do is attend their try-out and be good enough to make the team.

OK. I've got to notice that Nigerians aren't really interested in playing sports in college. Nobody has ever talked about it on this thread. Me, I'll like to play male soccer for two reasons: because I love the game and because I'll be looking to getting some bucks from it in scholarship money, although men's soccer isn't a big game in the US sha.
Why I ask is because I've already registered with NCAA but I've not completed my eligibility clearance. I'll have to send my high school transcript and proof of graduation (WAEC result). I don't know whether I'm to send my original result or not, cos I don't think they accept photocopy and I also do not think they will return my original result to me. That's the dilemma I've having.

I think, when you get here and you make the team, the coach will handle all the paperwork.

Oh yeah. I'll just keep working on my skills and fitness so I don't get rusty. I'll surely give the coach sleepless nights cos he can't stomach the thought of missing out on the services of "Nigerian Messi" lol.

That's because sports is very competitive here in the united states. For those of you in college(esp undergrad) it's an option you Wana explore if you love sports. Soccer is one sports Nigerians love but it's not a preferred sports here. Track and field is another option but making the try outs is another story entirely. As a sport lover I strongly recommend sports at any level. Even if you don't get awards for it, you'll get lots of recognition that are invaluable attributes in the American society.

On a lighter note... Look out for those teenagers who have been practicing since 2... They are out for blood! If you know say your power know reach, just enta library sharp sharp before you trend on Sports Central grin

Lol jungle u say? I dunno about that oh, but ive been living in balchsprings close to mesquite for over a month now, and wahala never dey oh, everywhere is just expensive in this dallas.

Where is even the freedom in this country, i cant go from one apartment to the other if i like or want, without being sued or any penalty involved. In terms of this accommodation ish, i think Nigeria is better, really.

Just manage the bills for the mean time. It's a phase.
