NO it wont. U may likely see ur Jamb age online . U can correct it to the age u use in WAEC if u want . U can still leave it as it wont stop u from registration or affect u in anyway judging from last batch eperience .

Though i am not from OAU but b4 ur name appeared on d VC's list, U must av sat for jamb exam or pass through pre-degree/remedial programme. If the latter applies to U, den ur skul must av passed across d info 4 U 2 pay a token as regularization fee in order 2 generate jamb no 4 U which is now expected 2 b validated by visiting a cafe dat does utme reg 2 submit ur details and finger print
