10.3.2.xxxx is the latest OS for all BlackBerry 10 devices. If you don't have it, it's either your device is branded or you bought from a region that's yet to be migrated

My BlackBerry Q10 has been stalling ever since I did an upgrade to OS 10.3.1.****, even the video displays blank screen whenever it is played. How do I solve this problem? Meanwhile is was running smoothly prior to the upgrade.

i got the OTA l long while ago...immediately it was released actually....i also assumed everybody else had got it although i wondered how come people didn't talk about it much

my z30 is not branded and am yet to get the 10.3.2 update

good afternoon chief. I just got a z30. I have a z10 which I wanna dispose. the z10 is backed up on my blackberry using BlackBerry Link. I want to know if I can restore that same file on the z30. cos I'd love all the info from that z10 to be on the z30...

yes you can restore the data. make sure you have updated the z30 to the same or higher OS version as the one on the z10

Search for 10.3.1 autoloader for your phone

Download it on your pc..connect your phone and open the autoloader


It will automatically update the phone

ye...u r right cos even when I put my sim in the z10 and used the wifi it was still the same result...don't laugh at my foolishness...lol...I search for the autoloader thing someone just suggested now and try that...

just tried download the autoloader. it's 2G and will take me 5 hrs to download. is there any faster option. data isn't the issue...it's the time that's the problem
