I've been following the last three pages quietly and enjoying all the knowledge shared but I've not contributed because I've notin to say...
We've come a long way on dis thread and it'll be a grave mistake to be creating enmity here...
1. If U ask a question on here,if som1 is magnanimous enough to answer Ur questions and make a little joke out of it, I DON'T THINK THAT SHOULD GET U ANGRY..in fact u should be grateful because the thread has helped alot of ppl...If u bliv d page hasn't done anytin for u den stay off d page instead of distracting us.
2. I'm always surprised wen ppl come on here, ask questions and den get offended wen som1 make a lil fun out of their case. THIS IS A PLACE OF PUBLIC OPINION AND IF U CAN'T ACCEPT THOSE LITTLE TANTRUMS DEN STAY OFF THE PAGE AND SINCE URE VERY WISE THEN SORT IT OUT URSELF...
I think It's unfair wen Ure insulting same ppl dat share their experience just to let others learn... Because of ppl like u, dis page have lost som RESOURCEFUL PPL dat would rather stay off dis page instead of getting insults /slighted for trying to help...more annoying wen u start getting personal with ur insults and abusing ppls private life(husband, wife, children etc)...Dats really gone too far...
I've read dis thread from part 1 and ppl do disagree but IT'S REALLY ANNOYING WEN SOM1 START USING VOGUE/FOWL WORDS ON PPL or abusing their family and privacy... U might even not need d help of dose here again because u already stamped Ur visa but remember alot of ppl are still coming behind (in a few weeks or months even years) dat would be denied dat same opportunities/advice/help u once had... So please let's all hang our swords...
U may choose to abuse/insult me or let it slide and keep the discussions going and alive Or create anoda thread where u can be d Almighty boss...

Biko justwise, why was my post hidden? What was wrong with it? Is it wrong to advise people who were/are thinking of sending beans to EU that it has been banned? That topic even made FP on this forum and is also here: www.punchng.com/editorials/eu-ban-on-nigerian-food-exports/ so please, what's the offense

Truly, through Frankfurt there are a lot much more array of cheap options. However, if he looks deep he can also find competitive prices in Stuttgart. For instance, Ethihad flight from Lagos to Stuttgart on 30th of September goes at the rate of $641. it will compete with most cheap options through Frankfurt and less stress of travelling. However, Frankfurt is honestly a very good option.
As at today the official conversion of $641 is #127,599 not including other conversion charges
just to chip something in case the dude wants to take this route, a date just before 30th on Turkish Airlines to the same destination via wakanow cost 124,200; I don't know why I'm advocating for this ppl self. Lol
But I tot it may be helpful anyway. Cheers

You need a link to daad website? daad.de
If you have checked the daad site and don't see what you're looking for, could it be that it doesn't exist? (as far as daad is concerned)?
If daad fails you, use Google, if Google fails you, check schools' website one-by-one. If that fails you, accept your fate.

My fellow naija, I want to urge everyone here to get prepared, I mean those going to Germany for the winter2015, refugees from Syria are saturating the job market, learn your German as quickly as possible and prepare your mind. We be naija we always survive. Petty jobs for student might be less, but we go survive in Jesus name, amen

The last time I checked, REFUGEES are not allowed to work LEGALLY... Though the need to learn German is very valid....
Just an observation though..I could be wrong.

Hmm, refugees are not allowed to work true, there is a programme for these refugees, Germany is receiving 40percent of all the refugees in Europe, they are being absorbed into the system. Yes they are not just allowed to work on inception.

Yes you are right. People seeking asylum are not allowed to get paid jobs legally. But they still sneak around and do pub, restaurant jobs and stuff

There is protests against this programme presently in some places in Germany, if it is just for shelter and they are going to be repatriated there wouldn't have been any need for protest. migrant are being distributed all over Germany presently

Yeah, I've got similar info from duetsche welle . It had frightened me . Only today mecodenia got another close to a 600,000 if I am correct , I am aware that is it Germany alone that is willing to receive them. They are just being given papers to head to Germany.

Good day bro, please can you kindly help with the location of Adeola's Fidelity bank. Since i dont have any account with Fidelity Bank. Please, how do i go about this?
XpensiveT:

Hi Madam... Calling Adeola won't solve this issue bcoz she will keep saying dsame thing every time u call. U need to go to her office if u are in lagos. I'm having same issue with her since Friday. She didn't allow me fill the form A on Friday sef but i'm a very stubborn guy nd i let her see reasons why she must do d transaction. I told her to keep my documents till Monday nd i went back there. I didn't let her rest nd she had to invite her boss to talk to me. After a long discussion with her boss, she was instructed to give me d form A.

Tho they are yet to debit my account till now nd am going there again tomorrow morning to question her. If u are stubborn, they will listen to u but if not they will keep telling u to get a school bill. I dnt even pray they have now coz euro is not smiling right now oo.

I know Naija no dey carry last. But come to think of it, whats the difference btw Naija people and the asylum seekers. Nigerians are rushing to Germany because of our economy is at war likewise the Syrian because there country is at war....

This is just my thought...

There is a difference. We are acquiring an education and helping the economy by doing jobs that actually make a difference after our education in Germany. The little jobs that we do whilst studying are only to supplement our blocked acct or sponsorship, but in the case of Syrians most are only qualified for these little jobs.

Don't flatter yourself my brother, these set of Syrian ain't unqualified like you assume. The news says, they are highly skilled. And I know that is the qualification we are talking about. I know all is well. I have purchased a ticket that is to let you know my level of preparation. I only wanted my brothers here to be aware. But since they are highly qualified and are getting full employment maybe our problem might be after graduation not before. The only set of migrants who are not qualified are those from Northern and central Africa. The Syrians and Greeks came in grand style, that's one of the reasons they were accepted like the new said, there trip is very expensive. I don't know how though. They say it's brain drain, I don't know what they are draining?

Peeps who booked Turkish directly from the airline's site..Was there another means to pay for tickets other than with ATM cards?
I'm looking for a means to bypass the exorbitant exchange rates charged by banks.
