gentleman100: As a theory in Economics, there will be high demand for those that you've mentioned, i.e police, soldiers, etc, therefore leading to pay rise. In other words, more pay for them. Actually, if everybody decides to be entrepreneur like Dangote, what will happen is that the Economic Profit that Dangote earns will in the long run, as more firms go into the production of what he does, be wiped out. At this point, firm in the industry will earn Normal Profit. How will all these happen? There will be price war, thereby making each firm to reduce price so as to get more sales. As price reduces, ceteris paribus, profit will also reduce. At Normal Profit, no new firm has reason or should I say incentive to join that type of industry... Hence, he/she looks for other industry or joins police, etc that its pay looks attractive. The economy that we are seeing is many at times controlled by Invincible Hand. That's my own perspective anyway 1 Like |

I don't know if this is the right thread for this but I don't know where else to go. Does anyone know how or when to apply for private hostel in Unilorin. I don't remember it being the public knowledge last session, when I failed to get the LAGOS hostel I asked around and I was told that I came late. Any info that you provide would help, I really don't last session to repeat itself. Thanks. |
Re: Unilorin Utme 2015/2016 Aspirants by rkarang: 7:53am On Aug 26, 2015 |
Iamshakur: I guess you'll have to visit the hostel of your choice and book before school resumes as it's also competitive... Though it's expensive, its level of competitiveness is akin to that of Male Lagos Hostel. It's done manually I remember this moniker in last year thread. How's holz? |

See our future undergraduates and eventual graduates typing like imbeciles and trying to form badass gangsters on an educational thread. Find your way to the rap section if you want to diss or beef or deliver punchlines. I personally don't feel entertained at all. 3 Likes |

GideonG:Read ur post ytday where u said HTML,CSS,PHP,Javascript are not programming Languages, that they are the ABC's of............ Bro,so is it python that is a prog language? Don't say that. You are passing a wrong msg.Am sure ur point is those languages are 2 easy 4 u. Anyway,It all depends on what u what 2 achieve or specify into,HTML,CSS,PHP,Javascript/Jquery.They are the programming languages of the web,if that's not ur area,it's someone else's.It's mine btw. C,C++,Python,Java etc. These are 4 apps and games. There are over a hundred programming languages, all 4 various fields. The fact that it's not urs,and it's not as complicated as urs, does not mean it's not a Language. I av been making dynamic web pages 4 over a year now, this is where I make my money from. Though I applaud the fact that u are into a gud field that experiences a great boom in terms of money.Keep the hardwork up. |
