Leading to gas bad constipation..its beginning to itch me self..had to get shea butter cos im scared of stretch marks .I've resolved into eating and not taking water till like in 2hrs..hmm..e no easy rara..

Water after 2hrs? You should drink water often so as not to get dehydrated and also it will help relieve the constipation. Fruits and veggies also help with constipation. It's well.

Its a mat you spread on the bed before lying on the bed during delivery to avoid staining the hospital bed with blood, feaces,urine . It has different types depending on the one your hospital accept or the ones they sell in your area.

Thanks for the advice, you made some good points. Truth be told wigs are safer than weaves n braids, IMO. Wigs are worn only wen u are going out...most ppl using wigs take it off when home. A good wig doesn't shed n u mostly comb it on its stand in the bathroom. You also get to wash both wigs n yo hair regularly unlike weaves n braids.
They all got disadvantages, it is all about being careful n hygienic. How often if at all do we was our braids?? Strands of the hair come off from the tips of braids too n now that is mega sharp. If we want no hair wahala at all, then one's natural hair is d way to go!
But honestly, thanks u made sense...cos now weaves, wigs or braids...am going to be more careful now...

25%? Humm, why not ask your doctor.

In my last pregnancy, mine was 23% and I wanted to be place on instant blood transfusion, I refused and was asked to sign an undertaking before I leave.

I gave birth the next 3 days and was given 2 pint of blood even though I didn't loss much blood.

So, I think it depends on how far you are gone.

Please oo house...I've been having pain/cramps in my lower abdomen since yesterday non-stop. I couldn't sleep as a result of it and i find it difficult walking. Is this something i should be worried about? Then there's this painful lump I've been feeling in my tummy . sometimes i feel it just below my abdomen then it moves to my left side,sometimes to the right and it hurts! I'm a 23weeks ftm.

Went to the hospital today and was told degenerative fibroid was seen during the scan hence the severe pain. I was given co-codamol and ventolin to use alongside amatem for malaria. Experienced mamas...nurse kaffy...anyone had this before? Hope there isn't any side effects using this drugs.

@soonest..hmm..my dear sis..that's d only method I could adopt to keep the food down else the water slows down the digestion and aids throwing up..but I do tk water dou..lots but in between meals .. Trust me no fruit I hvnt tried..only mks me super hungry but no effect

@ 33% my doctor told me it was too low for a pregnant woman and instantly added folic acid & BH12 blood syrup to my pregnacare drugs while "warning" me that my PVC must get to 38% - 40% before my due date else am looking at blood transfusion during delivery(I reject am)...Have been on my drugs and going for another PVC count tomorrow...Hoping I would have improved.

I guess you should speak to your doctor to advise properly....Even for a non pregnant woman 25% is low.

Ok ma. Thanks. It was around 30% before & my doctor gave me some injections and iron supplement that I've been taking. But d thing no gree come u, only for it to reduce again. I don't know if there is any other thing I can do on my own part. I'm 27wks preg.
