Just saying from the way unilag is rushing this year... 25000+ did their exams within 3 days ... nobody on this thread talked about cut off mark when it was suddenly released on Monday .... either the list is released today or next week ... it's welcomed .... All i wrote was just a speculation .....

As for the debate BTW unilah Acturial science and yabatech banking and finance, any day anytime I will favour Acturial science cos with Acturial science you can still do your masters in banking and finance in unilag. With your HND in banking and finance, you have very limited options in masters and cannot even further to PhD.
Lastly, e be like say my opera mini too was hacked o, I could not use it for like two days. I miss nairaland o.

I will become a chartered accountant in 36 months and can proceed to do my MBA. My mum teaches at an nti centre...u cant count the no of pipl that are doing pgd in education. Some of them have phds in oda degrees but bkus there is soo much u can do with education they still come to do it.
The only advice i can give is that pray and ask God for guidance

My sister don't start the debate with me o.
Who are those doing PGD in education at National teacher institute. Those with NCE, third class graduate and those with bsc that are working in government school as teacher. Who will have PhD in other field and then go to nti to do pgde. Get your fact right. Education is selling truly. But go to the top schools and check those who are teaching. They have Bsc and Msc.
We both know the best of the best don't choose educational courses.
Bottom line, education sells, but those who did not do education benefit from it mostly, check your tutorial center, how many of your teachers did education.

Both my parents are lecturers so i know what im saying...let me give u instances. My aunt has an msc on zoology and phd in ba. She teaches in uniports executive business school. She is presently doin a pgd in education bkus she and her husband wants to open an educational consulting firm. My mums friend that has an msc in biochemistry she is presently doin a pgd for the same reason. If all tins are equal all lecturers ought to have basic knowledge of educational techniques. That is the reason y most lecturers dont know how to impact knowledge.
I am not tryin to instigate an argument but i dnt like the way u dissed the faculty.
