CHARTING OUT YOUR CAREER PATH

The thought on what path to thread-on in a world that's full of opportunities is most graduates and undergraduates challenges. While still in the tertiary institution, the confusion /doubt about which course to study becomes a quagmire, there seems to be no connection in what you studying currently and the believe that there's more to what you ought to do or study. A strong WHY after the selection of a course strengthens you during the days of difficulties. Career is most believed to be in line with the job you got in the labour market, it's quite more than just that, but one's calling in life, towards a person's occupation or profession. Occupation is all about your job while a profession is the trade or business you are involved in. For graduates, there's an imaginary fork (paths) on the way, the direction to take seems invisible, therefore making decisions more tasking.

All career paths are personal, dare to be selfish in selecting the path to go through. The path you take determines your destination. Before making any rash decisions you need to do certain things:
Research: There are lots of careers, you just need to find the one that clicks with you. Do a deep research about various careers and trades, explore them and keep making deeper research. Use elimination method to slash out what you aren't good at or not your specs. Go for what you have passion for. Be honest with yourself and be creative, ASK questions from those who have thread their way through such paths before.
Passion: In order to ascertain what you passionate about is by answering this questions honestly:
What do you love to do?
What excites and energizes you?
what's your strength?
What would you do in an ideal world when money isn't imperative?
