I have been searching for an apartment for about a month now. I have come across some house listed on lamudi and Olx which I like.

When I call the agents, I am told the property is for Federal Housing Authority which I never knew existed.

Please my people before I'm defrauded, who knows about the FHA and have some dealings with them? And who have gotten properties through them?

They tell me their address is at Amuwo Odofin festac.

Please help.

It depends if you are buying or renting.

The FHA actually exists as a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Lands and Housing.

Federal estates like Festac and Gowon estate are under their control.

If buying, you may have to contact them especially if the property doesn't have a Federal Government C of O (not Lagos State). However, if renting or leasing, it could be done with just the lessor/landlord.
