@All For those having card payment problem how were you able to solve it? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by FrontPageLawyer(m): 9:57am On Aug 30, 2015 |
justwise: A pleasant morning to you Prof. Justwise. I had same problem using my GTB Naira MasterCard which has no online bank access. Apparently If you you don't have an online access, using most Nigerian Cards won't work. I had no problem using my FirstBank Naira Master Card. It has online banking access and I was asked to register for OTP (One-Time Password) which I did. Once the payment was initiated, it requested for my OTP which was automatically sent to my mobile phone linked to my account in less than 30 seconds. I inputted the numbers and transaction was successful. @All if you have this problem; go to your bank to solve the puzzle. Not a big deal 1 Like |

pls am planning of applying for UK tourist visa with a Virgin pp with just over 1m in my statement, what is my chances, i learnt if i get a country visa on my pp,there are some people that can control it like say i go and come back from that country, how true is this, how helpful it can be and will it be original that they will not detect in UK embassy |

Bigolly:Other African countries are no use. What the visa officer wants you to PROVE is that you will return home after your visit. Ties to a job, family, children and managed landed property are the things to have. 3 Likes |

Bigolly: Just to be clear, are you asking about the possibility of getting a "fake" yet "authentic" visa stamp claiming a visit to a foreign country? And this is to aid you in getting a UK visa? 1 Like |

Hello everyone, I'm new here so i really don't know how this works but I'd be brief with my enquiry. I applied for a 6 months family visitor UK visa last 3 weeks and attached the following documents with my application; Invitation letter from my brother from the UK His payslips for the past 4 months His tenancy agreement for where he lives A copy of the front page of his German Passport My own statement of account which really doesn't state the inflow of my salary because my employer pays cash My dad's company bank account since he is sponsoring about 60% of my trip But I got refused and the reasons are stated below; -No reference letter from my dad stating that he would truly sponsor part of my trip and that he has access to the funds in the company account. -No documents such as my payslips to show that i got paid by my employer and also my statements doesn't show my employer paying in. -No reference letter from my employer stating that I am truly employed by them. -They don't believe i truly have the funds to foot part of my trip to the UK So i was asked to either provide compelling documents to back up my application and claims or my application would be refused if I reapply. Please i need help on what documents should be attached when reapplying so that I don't get refused again. Thanks in advance for your support. |

Labhii: That have been given to you already |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Labhii: 10:51am On Aug 31, 2015 |
justwise: Yes i noticed but i just want to be sure of the chances i have and also i have few more questions as to the documents i want to submit which are as follows: Instead of using my dad's company accounr again I was thinking of using his personal account with a reference letter from him or should i just use the updated company account with a reference letter from the company since he owns it. Additionally i was thinking of using my other account since i pay my salary in myself so it would indicate that i receive monthly payments because I don't have a payslip from work, they pay cash. Thanks in advance. |

Justwise has answered you. You can include a cover letter addressing d refusal points and state clearly that u hv attached d outstanding docs listed. Hope u included that u get paid in cash. Ur dad shud state how much he is giving you for d trip. @justwise, I tot u said somethn abt not using a company acct to fund a personal trip Labhii: |
