on phone browser it just says error immediately it tries to download it. on the other browsers like UC it just goes to the refresh page...is it safe to upgrade using the qc8960_factory upgrade even though my phone is a qc8960_sdk? cos it's like it's only the former that's all over the Internet. the only compatible upgrades I've seen for my phone is from the beta developers.

Relax your mind, that link is best for your phone if u can get it downloaded... I knew that was what you are going to come across. The last time I downloaded my autoloader, I used a android phone but if you insist on using your fone try Mozilla if u have.

But ucbrowser on android can do it.
And better still, you can download it on your laptop.

Lies!!! Prolly u brought a fairly used phones!! Ii hav brought close to 8 brand new phones from them,ranging frm sony xperia sp,samsung androids,bb q5 ,now 2 q10s and lg g3 i never had a reason to go back and complain,

No doubt affordables back in the day had dubious elements but ever since they rebranded,me personally i hv never had issues wf my phone frm affordables!!

As long as ur phone us sealed in pack from blackberry,which was how i met my q10..na me break the seal

Anyways am not here to do advert for affodables,ibam just trying to reach out to intending q10 buyers to giv it a shot before buying it at slot for 42k or other sellers who sell at that price,

At least the same affordables sell the white for 38k

I've never used a fairly used phone, so this isn't an argument.... buying anything at affordables is at anyone's risk, this is a warning to all potential buyers out there!

From the network settings on your phone, have you tried switching to 3G only? if it still doesn't get the "H" sign, then there is no 3G network available in your area.

You can connect to a laptop through mobile hotspot or Internet tethering option of either bluetooth or USB from your Q10..

There is a newer link and I've not used it before, and also I've tried downloading it with my browser which didn't work, but Mozilla did.

But if you could download it using a android mobile cos it will require a download app from play store. Try this, go here link for 10.3.2, select for your phone z30 and continue.

Guys please help me. Am using z10 with Glo BBCMONTH bis. Before I could download apps from amazon, 1mobile, aptoide etc with 3g but now the can't dowload with 3g but requires only WiFi. Even all the apk file that needs a data download rejects my 3g and are protesting for WiFi connection. Plus what is the problem and the solution. I run on 10.3.1.

So no one can help me with this problem, I feel like am in the wrong place.

as of today, all BB10 devices can be upgraded to the latest OS version 10.3.2.xxxx. try not to seek advise from road side gsm engineers tell you

i have a fairly used 'newer than new' BB Passport for sale. its already upgraded to 10.3.2.xxxx OS so u dont need to worry about that
