did you allow water to pour on it? if you did, i will suggest you leave the phone with battery removed and battery door left open for a week to properly dry out.

if that's not the issue, connect it to a computer that has BlackBerry Link software installed and see if you can update the OS to give yourself a fresh start in case the current OS u have installed is corrupt

The only browsers I have in my phone are; My Web browser, UCWeb HD & Opera mini. All three browsers cannot access fzmovies or are very slow in downloading videos there the few times they could access the site even when I use 3G.

Someone should suggest a good browser for me or a good site to download movies

Similar thing happened to my friend's z10 a while back... look for an
iPhone usb charger or any usb charger that an output current of
1A or 1000mA (depends on how they write it on the charger) plug
ur fone to it. But first plug ur phone to ur pc to be sure ur
BlackBerry Link can recognize it just to be sure ur fone is still in
good order. And please don't use a charger with an output higher
than 1000mA (1A) so that you don't run the risk of damaging
your charging port.

Am using a BlackBerry Z3....

The phone is awesome.. with a very good battery life (2500 mah) ...it can last 3 days without heavy usage.

It has a 5 inches screen size.

And yes it can be upgraded to the latest OS


Just make sure u get a brand new.. and not fairly use
