Hahaha I can imagine with the growing number of unserious minds here lately that many would still volunteer if such opportunity comes up. Not like I would never do same though if I've got the time but not without some monthly emolument. No way.

Now I understand why ishilové was more actively moderating and dedicated than the other two romance mods, she was receiving stipends why the others weren't. Goes to tell that money is essential to the yieldings and performance of an employee to their job. But then, it's also understandable that the owner can't pay every mod if he doesn't generate much income himself.

I'm aware of that. Regardless of whether one is a supermod or not, their service is determinable by their earnings. I was only trying to say that once you're being paid for a job you're dedicated more than when there are no perquisite. Let's say the supermods aren't getting paid do you think they'd be that much active and dedicated? Likewise if the mods are paid their level of commitment will be heightened.
